The University Management on Monday, 18th May 2026, held a meeting with leaders of neighboring host communities at the Senate Building Conference Room as part of efforts to strengthen mutual understanding, collaboration, and cordial relationships towards achieving the University’s objectives.Speaking during the meeting, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. M. B. Yerima, appreciated the district heads for honoring the invitation and for their continued support to the University, particularly in the area of security and community cooperation. He also reaffirmed the University’s commitment to deepening ties with host communities through inclusive initiatives and opportunities.The Vice-Chancellor further announced that the University clinic has been upgraded and will soon be expanded, while also revealing that the facility will be accessible to members of neighboring communities for healthcare services.
